CT Planning have secured permission to deliver a community café at St Clements Church, Solihull.
The proposal will provide a range of much needed community benefits to local members of the community, especially those who are vulnerable.
The proposal will also provide opportunities for longer term spin-off benefits, through the skills developed by volunteers of the café. A great win all round for CT Planning and the local community.
