CT Planning have secured planning permission for the erection of a single storey side extension, an additional two-storey link extension and dormers for a clients property at Longdon Green, Rugeley.
James Lloyd in collaboration with Zac Monro Architects successfully alleviated concerns over the developments impact upon the Greenbelt, by demonstrating that the proposed extension is proportionate to the size of the original building. Furthermore, James worked collaboratively with the Principal Conservation and Design Officer at Lichfield District Council to ensure the development was appropriately designed and sympathetic to the existing development within Longdon Green Conservation Area.
